Our experienced CAS Clean Air Services team offers cleanroom certification, qualification of cleanrooms, and clean production areas according to EN ISO 14644 , EU GMP Annex 1, and VDI 2083.

We perform the following cleanroom certification and other GMP services for our customers:
- Air velocity and air volume measurement (determination of the number of air changes)
- Temperature and relative humidity
- Differential pressure of clean rooms
- Filter System Integrity Test (DEHS)
- Cleanroom classifications (ISO 14644 and GMP Guideline)
- Recovery test (recovery time, flush time)
- Microbiological determination of bacterial counts in the air and on surfaces
- Monitoring of compressed gases (particles, aerosol oil content, dew point and bacterial count determination)
- Qualification work in the hospital sector according to guidelines and standards
- Sound level and illuminance in the cleanroom

- Calibration of volume flow measuring hoods and anemometers
The Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS) grants PMS accreditation as a testing center for the testing of cleanroom systems according to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard. The STS 0566 testing center is continuously monitored and controlled by the SAS.
